For more than 20 years, the name Wizard has been synonymous with great live moments. Whether intimate club gigs, exclusive events in the Elbphilharmonie or stadium tours with countless trucks on the road: we know exactly what is important for successful live concerts - and how we master every challenge for our artists, no matter how demanding. Then there's the Hockenheimring, where we hold the record with one million fans at ten events. Over the last two decades, Wizard Promotions has written music history every day - and Wizard Live is now building on this. 

Four-four time, one beat: these are the new divisions at Wizard Live

Wizard Live is the evolution of Wizard's core competencies into four business areas. Concert promoter becomes all-round service provider - and artists benefit from more than two decades of industry experience from a single source. The classic “Show & Touring” division will remain the company's core business, as this is where it all began. However, it is now flanked by three additional services.

Firstly, there is the in-house marketing unit with sound advice, a solid media network and strong expertise in digital customer analysis and data-driven performance marketing. The Brand & Music Connector ensures emotional brand building in the environment of successful artists. With internal artist development, Wizard strengthens the live industry of the future and builds the headliners of tomorrow with a long-term view.

Wizard has been working with many of our artists since the early days of the company. “The relationship with our artists is based on personal connection, reliability and trust,” explains Managing Director Oliver Hoppe. “For us, the artists always come first and our primary goal is a long-lasting, successful and fulfilling partnership.”

Wizard Live: a revolution based on tradition

Hoppe is delighted with the new direction: “Wizard Live combines the best of all worlds: Passion meets industry knowledge. Experience complements reliable figures. And tradition meets revolution. As Wizard Live, we are tackling the challenges of our industry, whether divided into four targeted specialist areas or together as a strong full-service team.”

Wizard Live is here, ushering in a new era of great and unforgettable live moments. “By splitting into four powerful divisions, we can respond even more precisely to the different needs of artists, offer better customized solutions and open up new formats,” explains Hoppe. So that the name Wizard will continue to stand for great live moments for the next 20 years. This is the beginning.
