SMITH / KOTZEN is the powerhouse collaboration between guitar legends Adrian Smith (Iron Maiden) and Richie Kotzen (The Winery Dogs, ex-Poison, ex-Mr. Big). Their sound fuses classic blues-based rock with soul, funk, and hard rock – bold, refined, and deeply rooted in the musical spirit of the '60s and '70s. After their self-titled debut in 2021 and the Better Days EP, they returned in 2025 with Black Light / White Noise, which topped the UK Rock & Metal chart and received widespread critical acclaim. The duo share lead vocals, guitars, and songwriting duties, crafting songs from scratch with dynamic interplay and mutual respect. Recorded in Los Angeles and mixed by Jay Ruston, the album showcases raw power, melodic depth, and seasoned musicality. Backed by a top-tier live band, Smith/Kotzen are set to bring their electrifying chemistry back to stages across Europe in 2026.
