2026 Tour - Songs of Yazoo, the minutes & Other

Alison Moyet performs songs by Yazoo, including tracks from The Minutes and Other

Alison Moyet's 2026 tour will consist exclusively of songs from the Yazoo catalog and selected tracks from her solo electronic albums “the minutes” and “Other.”

While some Yazoo hits are regular fixtures in Alison's live sets, much of the band's material has rarely been performed outside of her two short tours (the breakthrough in 1982 and the “Reconnected” reunion in 2008). This is a unique opportunity to experience live songs that shaped her phenomenal, albeit short-lived, run – including the groundbreaking album “Upstairs At Eric's” (platinum in the UK and US) and her last joint release, “You And Me Both” (No. 1 in the UK).

The tour will also feature selected songs from Alison's critically acclaimed solo albums “the minutes” (2013) and “Other” (2017). Both albums, produced by and largely co-composed with Guy Sigsworth, were celebrated as a triumphant creative return to electronica, making them the perfect accompaniment to this tour.

Alison says: “Many years touring the same pool of songs and I am keen for a palate refresher. Specifying which years I will be fishing from too, I think is a grand way to serve pot luck for specific tastes. No bones...”

About Alison Moyet

Alison Moyet started off as a punk, became one half of iconic 80s synth-pop duo, Yazoo, and released her #1 debut solo album, Alf – all by the age of 23. She’s released nine solo studio albums, won three BRIT Awards, been nominated for a Grammy and most recently graduated from university with a first class degree in Fine Art Printmaking. She is quite simply one of the most celebrated and distinctive voices the UK has ever produced and 2024 sees her celebrating her 40th anniversary as a solo artist.
