About Black Oak County
Black Oak County are one of Denmark’s most exciting rock exports. Formed in 2016 in Esbjerg, the four-piece band merges hard rock, grunge, sludge, and classic rock into a powerful, melodic sound full of raw energy and heavy hooks. Their third album III, released in 2023, marked a major step forward – earning international acclaim, streaming success, and two wins at the 2024 Danish Rock Awards. Tracks like It’s On You, Back For Blood, and Pretty Pistol showcase the group’s dynamic range, shifting between brooding intensity and anthemic drive. Known for their fierce live shows, Black Oak County have supported acts such as Skindred, Lillasyster, and Thundermother. Now embarking on their first German headlining tour, they bring a set that’s sharp, honest, and made to hit hard – a perfect blend of heavy groove and emotional depth.
