The five concerts planned for the SCORPIONS Germany tour in September have now had to be cancelled without replacement. Following an injury to lead guitarist Matthias Jabs, which resulted in several operations, the shows in Nuremberg, Hamburg, Leipzig, Cologne and Frankfurt cannot take place as planned and despite intensive efforts it is unfortunately not possible to fix new dates.
‘We can only assure our fans how much we regret this cancellation and how sad we are to have to disappoint them right now, at the height of our 2024 world tour,’ explain the SCORPIONS. ‘In consultation with the tour promoter Wizard Live, we had to cancel the dates without replacement, but we are all the more looking forward to seeing our fans again in 2025 for our 60th Scorpions band anniversary.’
Ticket holders will shortly receive further information on the cancellation of their tickets directly from their points of sale.
