Bruce Dickinson

Bruce Dickinson has been the lead vocalist of Iron Maiden since 1982 and is one of the defining figures of heavy metal. Alongside this, he has built up a solo career in his own right. It began in 1990 with Tattooed Millionaire, followed by five further solo albums within 15 years. In 2024, he returned with The Mandrake Project: the album was critically acclaimed, enjoyed international commercial success and culminated in a sold-out world tour comprising 71 concerts across three continents. Remixed and re-released catalogue tracks have opened up a new audience for his solo work, as demonstrated by the success of the single Tears Of The Dragon.

Both live and in the studio, Dickinson works with a permanent solo band: guitarists Chris Declercq and Philip Näslund, bassist Tanya O’Callaghan, keyboardist Mistheria and drummer Dave Moreno. Outside of music, he is, amongst other things, a qualified airline pilot, fencer, author and entrepreneur.
